ADXO Account Deletion

Adxo is developed and operated by Aquib Khan. This page explains how users can request deletion of their Adxo account and associated personal data.

Request account deletion

If you cannot access the Adxo app, send an account deletion request from your registered email address or include your registered phone number. We will verify account ownership before deleting data.

Delete from the Adxo app

Open the Adxo app.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Send the prefilled deletion request email.

Data that will be deleted

Your Adxo user account and profile information.
Your saved addresses, account preferences and notification records.
Your advertisements, product listings and uploaded images.
Your wishlist and other account-linked personal data where deletion is legally allowed.

Data that may be retained

Booking, payment, refund, delivery, fraud-prevention, tax, security or legal records may be retained where required by applicable law or for dispute resolution. Retained information is used only for the applicable legal, security or compliance purpose.

Processing time

Verified account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days. We may contact you using your registered contact information to verify ownership of the Adxo account.
